We’re officially one day closer to the end of 2025. How did that happen so fast?
This time of year always makes me pause. Not to rush ahead—but to reflect. To look back at what was hard, what was beautiful, what stretched me, and what I’m grateful for.

One of my favorite year-end traditions is choosing a word of the year—a single word to gently guide the days ahead. Not a resolution. Not a checklist. Just a word to return to when things feel loud or uncertain.
I haven’t chosen mine for 2026 yet… but I’m working on it. And that feels right.
Here are a few words I’m sitting with as possibilities—maybe one will resonate with you too:
✨ Grace – for ourselves and others
✨ Presence – fully here, not rushing ahead
✨ Trust – even when the path isn’t clear
✨ Renewal – fresh starts, small and meaningful
✨ Steady – progress without pressure
✨ Joy – chosen, cultivated, protected
✨ Faith – in what’s unfolding
✨ Enough – releasing the need for more
✨ Rooted – grounded in what matters most
✨ Open – to change, growth, and possibility
There’s no rush to decide. Sometimes the right word finds you—not the other way around.
So here’s my question for you as we turn the page on another year:
Have you chosen a word for 2026 yet? Or are you, like me, still listening for it? 💚
Cheers!
